Correct Action. Complaints will be investigated and addressed immediately, in a confidential manner. The name of a complainant, the circumstances relating to the complaint, and the name of the accused will not be disclosed except when disclosure is necessary to properly investigate the complaint or take disciplinary action. Steps in the investigation of a complaint shall follow this sequence:
