Correction of Work: Warranty Clause Samples

The 'Correction of Work: Warranty' clause requires the contractor to fix any defects or deficiencies in their work that are discovered within a specified warranty period after completion. Typically, this means that if the owner identifies issues such as faulty materials or poor workmanship, the contractor must repair or replace the affected work at no additional cost. This clause ensures that the final product meets agreed-upon standards and provides the owner with recourse if problems arise, thereby protecting the owner's investment and encouraging quality workmanship.
