Project Files. CITY will furnish CALTRANS with the Project History Files related to the PROJECT facilities on State Highway System within sixty (60) days following the completion of each PROJECT COMPONENT. CITY will assure that the Project History File is prepared and submitted in compliance with the Project Development Procedures Manual, Chapter 7. All material will be submitted neatly in a three-ring binder and in PDF format.

Project Files. All supporting documentation maintained in the project files.

Project Files. 1. Maintain accurate, up-to-date accessible and thorough records of all documentation and correspondence associated with the Project.

Project Files. 2. List ofall contractors and Grantee staff that worked on the County funded program. Payroll records including timesheets for Grantee and contractor staff.

Project Files. All written documentation provided by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ for the purpose of labor compliance reporting to the City will be concise and organized in a manner that will be easily understood. All files related to the assigned project will be organized and ready to submit at the request from the City. For each contractor, labor compliance files for will generally be organized as follows:

Project Files. You grant to Sustainability Victoria an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty- free licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt and communicate the Project Files (and all data and information in them), and to sublicense third parties to do those things: (i) to enable Sustainability Victoria to deliver and improve the Services; (ii) to enable Sustainability Victoria (or other third parties) to perform statistical analysis or research relevant to Sustainability Victoria's (or those third parties') functions and purposes and to publish the results of such research or any statistical analysis in a manner that does not allow the data contained in any individual Project File to be identifiable (Aggregated Data) and to license users of the Aggregated Data to use, sub- license, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform and publicly display the Aggregated Data (in whole or in part) and to incorporate the Aggregated Data into other works in any format or medium now known or later developed; and (iii) to enable your AAO to conduct audit-related activities in respect of your accreditation.

Project Files. These files document the activities undertaken with respect to specific individual beneficiaries, property owners, and/or properties.

Project Files. Consultant will assemble and maintain project files that include all documentation and data resulting from or related to the project, including but not limited to survey files, engineering computations, assumptions, working drawings, meeting minutes, all correspondence, digital image, and video library.
