Correction or Removal of Unauthorized Work. ‌ 4.9.5.1 Any Work done beyond the lines and grades shown on the Drawings or established by the Design Professional or any changes in, additions to, or deductions from the Work done without written authority will be considered as unauthorized and will not be paid for. Work so done may be ordered remedied, removed, or replaced at the Contractor's expense. 4.9.5.2 Upon failure on the part of the Contractor to comply promptly with any order of the City, City will have authority to cause unauthorized Work to be remedied, removed, or replaced at the Contractor's expense and to deduct the costs from any moneys due or to become due the Contractor.

  • Unauthorized Work The contractor is not authorized at any time to commence task order performance prior to issuance of a signed TO or other written approval provided by the CO to begin work.

  • OIG Removal of IRO In the event OIG has reason to believe the IRO does not possess the qualifications described in Paragraph B, is not independent and objective as set forth in Paragraph E, or has failed to carry out its responsibilities as described in Paragraph C, OIG shall notify Practitioner in writing regarding OIG’s basis for determining that the IRO has not met the requirements of this Appendix. Practitioner shall have 30 days from the date of OIG’s written notice to provide information regarding the IRO’s qualifications, independence or performance of its responsibilities in order to resolve the concerns identified by OIG. If, following OIG’s review of any information provided by Practitioner regarding its IRO, OIG determines that the IRO has not met the requirements of this Appendix, OIG shall notify Practitioner in writing that Practitioner shall be required to engage a new IRO in accordance with Paragraph A of this Appendix. Practitioner must engage a new IRO within 60 days of receipt of OIG’s written notice. The final determination as to whether or not to require Practitioner to engage a new IRO shall be made at the sole discretion of OIG.

  • Removal of Improvements All alterations, additions and other improvements by Tenant shall become the property of Landlord and shall not be removed from the Premises, unless request is made by Landlord to Tenant to remove those alterations, additions and other improvements which were made without Landlord's approval where such approval was required under this Lease. All moveable trade fixtures, furniture, furnishings and signs installed in the Premises by Tenant and paid for by Tenant, shall remain the property of Tenant and may be removed upon the expiration of the term of this Lease; provided that any of such items as are affixed to the Premises and require severance may be removed only if Tenant repairs any damage caused by such removal and that Tenant shall otherwise comply with all of the terms, conditions and covenants to be performed by Tenant under this Lease with respect to such removal. If Tenant fails to remove such items from the Premises by the expiration of the Lease Term or earlier termination of this Lease, all such trade fixtures, furniture, furnishings and signs shall become the property of Landlord, unless Landlord elects to require their removal, in which case Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, promptly remove the same and restore the Premises to its condition on the date of this Lease. The covenants contained in this Section shall survive the expiration of the Lease Term or earlier termination hereof.

  • Removal of Materials If you decide you would like to remove your Materials from the Service, you may provide written notice to Prime Publishing by either deleting the image through the Prime Publishing interface or by contacting Prime Publishing customer service, and Prime Publishing will remove such Materials from the Service within a reasonable period of time. 5) License for Name, Trademarks and Likenesses. You agree to submit Materials to us in accordance with all guidelines for use of the Service posted on the Prime Publishing web site or of which you are otherwise notified ("Guidelines"), as these Guidelines may be changed in the future. 7)
