Corrections of previous charges. If an actual meter reading indicates a discrepancy between the reading and the annualized estimated more than 5% higher or 10% lower, the monthly amount may be adjusted. We will notify you of this in writing and you agree for QEnergy to deduct the revised monthly payments from your bank account. If you have been charged less than the amount you should have been charged or we have failed to bill you for a period, QEnergy can recover those charges on the next bill. This amount will be separately explained on your bill, and we will not recover charges relating to statutory periods and in any event not more than 9 months prior to the bill date.
