COST AND SHIPPING. The MATERIAL and DATA are provided at no cost to Recipient. Provider will notify Recipient when the MATERIAL and DATA are ready for shipment. Recipient will be responsible for the pick-up and shipment, including shipping costs, of the MATERIAL and DATA.
