Common use of Cost Information Clause in Contracts

Cost Information. If Borrower becomes aware of any change in the approved costs set forth in the Development Budget which could increase, change, or cause a reallocation of the costs as shown on the Development Budget, Borrower will immediately notify Lender in writing and promptly submit a proposed revised Development Budget to Lender. Lender has no obligation to make further Disbursements unless and until the revised Development Budget is approved in writing by Lender, such approval to be in Lender’s sole but reasonable discretion. .
