Cost invoiced to The Customer Sample Clauses

Cost invoiced to The Customer. If the Customer chooses to cover the cost of obtaining ownership information themselves, the terms will be the same as under Section A. Additionally, the Supplier may only invoice the Customer for the information lookup if the vehicle owner has paid the passage fee.
