Cost Responsibility for System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades Sample Clauses

This clause defines which party is responsible for bearing the costs associated with upgrading system facilities and ensuring system deliverability. In practice, it typically assigns financial responsibility for necessary infrastructure improvements—such as transmission line enhancements or substation upgrades—to the party whose project or activity triggers the need for such upgrades. By clearly allocating these costs, the clause helps prevent disputes over financial obligations and ensures that system improvements are funded by those who benefit from or necessitate them.
