Costs of redemption. All principal monies, interest, costs, expenses and other amounts incurred in and incidental to any redemption or transfer under Clause 19.1 shall be paid by the Chargors to the Administrative Agent on demand, in each case together with interest calculated in the manner referred to in Section 2.13(c) (Interest) of the Facility Agreement.
