Waiver of Redemption Sample Clauses

Waiver of Redemption. Tenant hereby waives, for itself and all persons claiming by and under Tenant, all rights and privileges which it might have under any present or future Legal Requirement to redeem the Premises or to continue this Lease after being dispossessed or ejected from the Premises.

Waiver of Redemption. Tenant, for itself and any and all persons claiming through or under Tenant, including its creditors, upon the termination of this Lease and of the term of this Lease in accordance with the terms hereof, or in the event of entry of judgment for the recovery of the possession of the Premises in any action or proceeding, or if Landlord shall enter the Premises by process of law or otherwise, hereby waives any right of redemption provided or permitted by any statute, law or decision now or hereafter in force, and does hereby waive, surrender and give up all rights or privileges which it or they may or might have under and by reason of any present or future law or decision, to redeem the Premises or for a continuation of this Lease for the term of this Lease hereby demised after having been dispossessed or ejected therefrom by process of law, or otherwise.

Waiver of Redemption. Sublessee hereby expressly waives any and all rights of redemption to which it may be entitled by or under any present or future laws in the event Sublessor shall obtain a judgment for possession of the Subleased Premises.

Waiver of Redemption. To the extent permitted by law, Tenant hereby waives any and all rights of redemption with respect to this Lease. Tenant hereby waives any rights it may have to any notice to cure or vacate or to quit provided by any current or future law; provided that the foregoing shall not be deemed to waive any notice expressly provided in this Lease.

Waiver of Redemption. The Lessee hereby waives any and all rights of redemption, granted by or under any present or future law, arising in the event it is evicted or dispossessed for any cause, or in the event the State obtains or regains possession of the Demised Premises in any lawful manner.

Tenant specifically waives receipt of a Notice to Quit.
