Costs of redemption. All principal monies, interest, costs, charges and expenses and other amounts incurred in and incidental to any redemption or transfer under Clause 15.1 16.1 (Redemption) shall be paid by the Company Purchaser to the Funding Agent on demand, in each case together with interest calculated in the manner referred to in Clause 19.1 (Costs and expenses).
