COSTS RECOVERABLE. 8.1 The Client shall pay on an indemnity basis all expenses, costs and disbursements, including debt collection agency fees, commission and any fees paid to Sure’s solicitors (on an indemnity basis) incurred by Sure or its appointed agents in recovering payment of any outstanding monies, enforcing its rights under the Agreement, or in successfully defending any action or threatened actions by the client. 8.2 The Client hereby charges and mortgages in favour of Sure to secure the repayment of any debt and any monies which may become owed by the Client to Sure under any Agreement all of the Client’s present and future estate and interest in all real property.

COSTS RECOVERABLE. 7.1 Should the Hirer default in the payment of any monies due under any Agreement, then all monies due to Koppelen Global Pty Ltd T/A LGC Equipment Hire shall immediately become due and payable and shall be paid by the Hirer within 7 days of the date of demand. 7.2 Koppelen Global Pty Ltd T/A LGC Equipment Hire shall be entitled to charge the Hirer interest calculated at 12% per annum, on the balance of all overdue accounts and invoices from the date of due payment until the date of actual payment. 7.3 The Hirer shall pay on an indemnity basis all expenses, costs and disbursements, including debt collection agency fees, commission and any fees paid to Koppelen Global Pty Ltd T/A LGC Equipment Hire's solicitors (on an indemnity basis) incurred by Koppelen Global Pty Ltd T/A LGC Equipment Hire or its appointed agents in recovering payment of any outstanding monies, enforcing its rights under the Agreement, or in investigating or defending any action or threatened actions. 7.4 The Hirer hereby charges and mortgages in favour of Koppelen Global Pty Ltd T/A LGC Equipment Hire to secure the repayment of any debt and any monies, which may become owed by the Hirer to Koppelen Global Pty Ltd T/A LGC Equipment Hire hereunder and under any Agreement, all of the Hirer's present and future estate and interest in all real property and personal property.

Should the Client default in the payment of any monies due to ST under the Contract, then all monies due to ST shall immediately become due and payable and shall be paid by the Client within 7 days of the date of demand. 10.2. ST shall be entitled to charge the Client interest calculated at 12% per annum on the balance of all overdue accounts from the date of due payment until the date of actual payment. 10.3. Any expenses, costs or disbursements, including debt collection agency fees, commission and any fees paid to ST’s solicitors (on an indemnity basis), incurred by ST in recovering any outstanding monies shall be paid by the Client on an indemnity basis. 10.4. The Client hereby charges and mortgages in favour of ST to secure the repayment of any debt and any monies which may become owed by the Client to ST hereunder and under any Contract all of the Client’s present and future estate and interest in all real property and personal property.

COSTS RECOVERABLE. 5.1 Should the Client default in the payment of any monies due under any Agreement, then all monies due to A1 shall immediately become due and payable and shall be paid by the Client within 7 days of the date of demand. 5.2 The Client shall pay on an indemnity basis all expenses, costs and disbursements, including debt collection agency fees, commission and any fees paid to A1’s solicitors (on an indemnity basis) incurred by A1 or its appointed agents in recovering payment of any outstanding monies, enforcing its rights under the Agreement, or in investigating or defending any action or threatened actions.

COSTS RECOVERABLE. 8.1 Should the Client default in the payment of any monies due under any Agreement, then all monies due to Luxe Bus shall immediately become due and payable and shall be paid by the Client within 7 days of the date of demand. 8.2 The Client shall pay on an indemnity basis all expenses, costs and disbursements, including debt collection agency fees, commission and any fees paid to Luxe Bus’ solicitors (on an indemnity basis) incurred by Luxe Bus or its appointed agents in recovering payment of any outstanding monies, enforcing its rights under the Agreement, or in investigating or defending any action or threatened actions.

COSTS RECOVERABLE. 7.1 Should the Client default in the payment of any monies due under any Agreement, then all monies due to GSES shall immediately become due and payable and shall be paid by the Client within 7 days of the date of demand. 7.2 The Client shall pay on an indemnity basis all expenses, costs and disbursements, including debt collection agency fees, commission and any fees paid to GSES’s solicitors (on an indemnity basis) incurred by GSES or its appointed agents in recovering payment of any outstanding monies, enforcing its rights under the Agreement, or in investigating or defending any action or threatened actions. 7.3 Where the Client is a company, the Client’s Directors personally guarantee the payment of all costs and expenses owing to GSES by the Client. 7.4 The Client hereby charges and mortgages in favour of GSES to secure the repayment of any debt and any monies which may become owed by the Client to GSES hereunder and under any Agreement all of the Client’s present and future estate and interest in all real property and personal property.

COSTS RECOVERABLE. Without prejudice to the generality of Clause 17.1 (General Liability), the costs recoverable by the Chargee and/or any Receiver hereunder shall include: 17.2.1 all reasonable and proper costs of all proceedings for the enforcement of security or for obtaining the payment of the money hereby secured or arising out of or in connection with the acts authorised hereunder; 17.2.2 all money reasonably expended and all costs arising out of the exercise of any power, right or discretion conferred by this Debenture;
