Costumes for Understudies and Swings Sample Clauses

The 'Costumes for Understudies and Swings' clause defines the obligations regarding the provision and maintenance of costumes for performers who serve as understudies or swings in a production. Typically, this clause specifies that the producer must supply appropriate costumes for these performers, ensuring that they are comparable in quality and appearance to those worn by principal cast members. It may also address the timing for fittings and the process for alterations. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all performers, regardless of their primary or backup status, are properly equipped to perform, thereby maintaining the production's visual consistency and professionalism.
