Counterpart Support Sample Clauses
The Counterpart Support clause establishes the obligation of one party to provide assistance or cooperation to the other party, typically to facilitate the fulfillment of contractual duties or the achievement of project objectives. In practice, this may involve supplying necessary information, granting access to resources, or coordinating schedules to ensure smooth progress. By clearly defining the support expected from each party, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and delays, ensuring that both sides can effectively meet their responsibilities.
