Strengthening the capabilities of the National Project Implementation Unit, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building in planning, execution, and operation of EE and distributed RE investment; and providing technical and operational assistance for: coordination, financial management, procurement, environmental and social risk, and impact management, monitoring and evaluation, and audit of the Project.
