Project Implementation Manual definition

Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual referred to in Section I.A of Schedule 2 to this Agreement;
Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual containing details of financial and accounting procedures, procurement arrangements, environmental and social monitoring and mitigation arrangements, and other administrative and organizational arrangements, as shall have been agreed with the Association for purposes of Project implementation, as the same may be amended from time to time, and such term includes any schedules to the PIM;
Project Implementation Manual means the Recipient’s guidelines and procedures satisfactory to the Association to be used for the purpose of implementing the Project, including in the areas of monitoring and evaluation, coordination, social and environment, and other provisions related to the institutional organization, as such guidelines and procedures may be amended from time to time in agreement with the Association, and such term includes any schedule to the Project Implementation Manual.

More Definitions of Project Implementation Manual

Project Implementation Manual means the manual prepared by the Recipient setting forth the rules, procedures, standards and guidelines for the implementation of the Project, including administrative and financial management procedures and an annex detailing the risk based internal audit approach and referred to in Section I.D (16) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as the same may be amended and supplemented from time to time with the prior written agreement of the Association.
Project Implementation Manual means the manual referred to in Section I.B.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Project Implementation Manual means the Project Implementation Manual referred to in paragraph 1 (a) of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;
Project Implementation Manual means a set of guidelines for the CDBG-DR Program, incorporated herein by reference for all purposes in its entirety.
Project Implementation Manual means the manual adopted by the Recipient through the PCU on November 30, 2010, for the purposes of defining the detailed implementation arrangements for the Project, and setting forth, inter alia: (i) the detailed Project staffing plan for each stakeholder; (ii) the Project monitoring and evaluation modalities; and (iii) the terms, procedures and conditions for the initial management and operation of the national CARG scheme, as the same may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Association.
Project Implementation Manual means the manual outlining, inter alia, the institutional, disbursement and procurement arrangements for the implementation of the Project, referred to in paragraph A.2 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement and adopted by the Borrower on December 29, 2003, as the same may be amended by agreement of the Parties from time to time, and such term includes any schedules to the Project Implementation Manual;
Project Implementation Manual means the manual to be adopted pursuant to Section 5.01 (a) of this Agreement for implementation of the Project, giving details of procurement and disbursement arrangements, performance indicators and other administrative, and organizational arrangements, as such manual may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Association;
