Implementation Plan definition
Implementation Plan means the schedule included in the Statement of Work setting forth the sequence of events for the performance of Services under the Statement of Work, including the Milestones and Milestone Dates.
Implementation Plan means the implementation plan, if any, referred to in the Key Provisions;
Implementation Plan means the plan generally described in Section 5.1.2 of this Agreement that is required under Public Utilities Code Section 366.2 to be filed with the California Public Utilities Commission for the purpose of describing a proposed CCA Program.

More Definitions of Implementation Plan
Implementation Plan means the plan set out in the Order Form;
Implementation Plan means the plan set out in the Call Off Schedule 4 (Implementation Plan);
