Implementation Letter definition

Implementation Letter means the letter of even date herewith from the Borrower to the Bank setting forth the Project monitoring indicators;
Implementation Letter has the meaning provided in Section 3.5.

More Definitions of Implementation Letter

Implementation Letter means the letter of even date with this Agreement from the Borrower to the Bank;

Implementation Letter means the letter of even date herewith from the Borrower to the Bank setting forth: (i) the Project performance indicators; and (ii) the scope of the mid-term review referred to in Section 3.09 (b) of this Agreement, as such letter may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Bank;
Implementation Letter means the letter, of even date herewith, entered into between the Borrower and the Bank with respect to the action plan for the Project activities to be carried out between June 30, 2002 and June 30, 2004 both inclusive, indicators, the Flood Protection Law and the Subprojects (as hereinafter defined) in respect of Parts A and B of the Project;
Implementation Letter means the letter of even date herewith from the Borrower to the Association which sets forth the Project indicators;
