Counterproposals. When an Exploratory Operation is proposed, a Party may, within ten (10) days after receipt of the AFE or notice for the original proposal, make a counterproposal to conduct an alternative Exploratory Operation by sending an AFE or notice to such Parties in accordance with Article 9 (Notices).
