County Code Sample Clauses

The County Code clause defines the set of local laws and regulations enacted by a county government that are applicable to the agreement or subject matter at hand. In practice, this clause specifies that the parties must comply with all relevant county ordinances, such as zoning, building codes, or health and safety regulations, depending on the nature of their activities or transactions. Its core function is to ensure that all actions under the agreement are legally compliant at the county level, thereby reducing the risk of violations and associated penalties.
