Course Coordinator. The number of nominal hours assigned to a Course Coordinator may vary from department to department and from course to course. The Employee will report to the Department Chair or Course Instructor. The Course Coordinator’s duties include the following: overseeing the seminar/tutorial/lab sections for a particular course(s); coordinating Teaching Assistants/Lab Demonstrators/Marker-Graders and holding meetings with them; assisting in the preparation of marking schemes and coordinating the marking of course assignments and/or midterm, progress and final exams; and any other related duties as may be required by the course instructor(s).
Course Coordinator. A. The Course Coordinator works in conjunction with the POST Program Manager and is responsible for all aspects of the Statewide Coroner Training Program logistics, to include the scheduling and coordination of instructors and students. To work with high-ranking law enforcement officials effectively and with credibility, the Course Coordinator must have experience working with Coroner/Medical Examiner offices. The Course Coordinator’s services are of such a highly specialized nature that the necessary expert knowledge, experience, and ability are not readily available through the civil service system. B. The Course Coordinator must: a. Have a minimum of 10 years of experience working as either a deputy coroner or medical examiner, with the primary responsibility for medicolegal death investigations. b. Have obtained a POST Coroner Certificate, or equivalent as determined by the POST Program Manager. c. Have a thorough knowledge of POST guidelines and administrative procedures, including course certification regulations. d. Have significant experience in collaborating professionally with sheriffs, sheriff-coroners, deputy coroners, and medical examiners. e. Be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of the Basic Coroner Course curriculum, and to substitute instruct as may be necessary. f. Have the ability to provide Basic Coroner Course instructors with strategies, feedback, and guidance for immediate implementation into the classroom setting. g. Possess the technology acumen to meet the administrative functions of the job. h. Be able to travel as requested by the POST Program Manager in accordance with the Coroner Training schedule. Course Coordinator. 6.10.1. The Company will appoint a course coordinator for each of the courses and the course coordinator will be responsible for the proper management of the course and will serve as a contact person between the Company and the Ministry regarding the course for which he is responsible. The identity of the course coordinator will be approved by the Division. 6.10.2. The course coordinator will have general administrative and professional responsibility in each and every stage in the performance of the course and will be responsible for the employment of the staff that is required for the proper performance of the course. The course coordinator shall be the contact person with the Ministry on behalf of the Company in anything related to the course. The course coordinator shall be responsible to contact and deliver reports to the professional supervisor in the Division and the supervisor on their behalf.   • Project Coordinator The Project Coordinator coordinates and manages the Project and represents the Participants before Stichting LSH-TKI. Participants appoint [Participant] as Project Coordinator and authorize Mr/Mrs ……….. to carry out the tasks set forth under this Section 6.7 and Section 6.8. In particular, the Project Coordinator shall be responsible for: preparing the meetings, proposing decisions and preparing the agenda of Project Committee chairing the meetings, preparing the minutes of the meetings and monitoring the implementation of decisions taken at meetings; monitoring compliance by the Participants with their obligations; keeping the address list of Members and other contact persons updated and available; collecting and reviewing information on the progress of the Project and submitting outline scientific reports and other deliverables (including financial statements and related certification), if required, to Stichting LSH-TKI and other Participants; transmitting promptly documents and information connected with the Project; administration of the Budget and fulfilling the financial tasks, all as described in Article 7; providing, upon request, the Participants with official copies or originals of documents which are in the sole possession of the Project Coordinator when such copies or originals are necessary for the Participants to present claims. The Project Coordinator shall not be entitled to act or to make legally binding declarations on behalf of any other Participant.

  • Service Coordinators Each Party has designated an employee or title as the key contact for the day-to-day implementation or monitoring of each Service as specified in the applicable Transition Service Schedule (each, a “Service Coordinator”). The Parties shall direct communications relating to specific Services to the applicable Service Coordinators. The Service Coordinators shall report to the Transition Committee from time to time, as directed by the members of the Transition Committee designated by the applicable Party.
