Common use of Course Packs (Print and Electronic) Clause in Contracts

Course Packs (Print and Electronic). The Participating Institutions and the Authorized Users may use a reasonable portion of the Licensed Materials in the preparation of a packet of the materials used in the classroom ("Course Packs") or other educational materials provided that no person other than an Authorized User may use such Course Packs. Participating Institutions and Authorized Users shall not be permitted to include any of the Publisher's trade marks on such Course Packs without the Publisher's prior written approval.
