Common use of Course Packs (Print and Electronic) Clause in Contracts

Course Packs (Print and Electronic). The Participating Institutions and the Authorized Users may use a reasonable portion of the Licensed Materials in the preparation of Course Packs or other educational materials, which are to be deleted by the Participating Institutions after the end of the semester in which the related course concludes.

The Licensee, the Participating Institutions and the Authorized Users may use a reasonable portion of the Licensed Materials in the preparation of Course Packs or other educational materials, which materials made available to Authorized Users only. Where they are to included in electronic Course Packs then the Licensed Materials shall be deleted by the Participating Institutions after removed at the end of the semester in term to which the related course concludesthey relate.
