Covenants and Duties Clause Samples

The "Covenants and Duties" clause sets out the ongoing obligations and responsibilities that each party must fulfill under the agreement. It typically details specific actions that parties are required to perform or refrain from, such as maintaining certain standards, providing regular reports, or adhering to confidentiality requirements. By clearly outlining these expectations, the clause helps ensure that both parties understand their roles and responsibilities, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings and disputes during the contract's term.
