Common use of Covenants of the Master Servicer Clause in Contracts

Covenants of the Master Servicer. The Master Servicer hereby covenants to each of the other parties to this Agreement as follows: (a) the Master Servicer shall comply in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement and with all reasonable rules and requirements of the insurer under each Required Insurance Policy to the extent the Master Servicer is acting as servicer hereunder; (b) no written information, certificate of an officer, statement furnished in writing or written report delivered to the Depositor, any Servicer or the Trustee, any affiliate of the Depositor, each Servicer, the Securities Administrator, the Backup Servicer or the Trustee and prepared by the Master Servicer pursuant to this Agreement will be inaccurate in any material respect, provided, however, that the Master Servicer shall not be responsible for inaccurate information provided to it by third parties.
