Common use of Coverage for Rehired Teachers Clause in Contracts

Coverage for Rehired Teachers. Any Teacher whose employment is terminated prior to June 30 and who is rehired by the Board prior to July 1, shall be entitled to have the coverage payments referred to in Sections A, B, C and D above, as may be applicable as of the July 1 in question, extended to cover July and August.
