Coverage of the. (Mortgage) Counter-guarantee Provided by Party A (1) The counter-guarantee shall secure all the debts that Party B shall pay off on behalf of the Debtor (including the principal, interest, penalty interest, compound interest, damages, liquidated damages payable by the Debtor, the property mortgage expense, the expenses for realizing the Creditor's rights, etc.) as well as the occupancy fee for the compensatory fund which is payable by the Debtor to Party B. Coverage of the. Access Agreement‌ This access agreement sets out the tuition fees and financial support arrangements for full time students UK and EU students entering Higher Education courses at City College Brighton and Hove (CCBH) that are funded through the direct contract with HEFCE from 1st September 2017. It describes the proportion of tuition fee income to be spent on access and student success measures and how this income will safeguard and maintain fair access. The College is working towards the strategic aims of the National Strategy for Access and Student Success in Higher Education 2014 in seeking changes which focus on access, retention, student success and progression to further study or to/within employment. Programmes include; Undergraduate Bachelor Degrees (Honours), Foundation Degrees and Post Graduate Certificates in Education (PGCE). Existing students will remain on existing fee arrangements.

  • COVERAGE OF AGREEMENT This Agreement will govern and control all Goods and Services provided by Seller to Buyer, now or in the future, regardless of whether performed under written Orders issued by Buyer, other written agreements signed by the parties, and/or verbal requests issued by ▇▇▇▇▇, and will remain in effect until either party gives the other party at least sixty (60) days’ advance written notice of termination. Each party agrees that this Agreement will also govern all sales of Goods and provision of Services to any subsidiary, affiliate, or division of McWane Plant & Industrial, LLC, in which case such subsidiary, affiliate, or division will be the “Buyer” under this Agreement (unless otherwise agreed in writing by such subsidiary, affiliate, or division). The term “Buyer” also includes Buyer’s employees, agents, officers, directors, successors, and assigns. The term “Seller” refers to the vendor or contractor providing Goods and Services to Buyer, and its employees, agents, subcontractors, suppliers, and all other persons performing Services or supplying Goods on Seller’s behalf.   • Coverage Term All insurance required herein shall be maintained in full force and effect until all work or services required to be performed under the terms of this Agreement are satisfactorily performed, completed and formally accepted by the City, unless specified otherwise in this Agreement.

  • Coverage Limits By requiring insurance, the State of Washington and DSHS do not represent that the coverage and limits required in this Contract will be adequate to protect the Contractor.   • Coverage Options Eligible employees may select coverage under any one of the dental plans offered by the Employer, including health maintenance organization plans, the State Dental Plan, or other dental plans. Coverage offered through health maintenance organization plans is subject to change during the life of this Agreement upon action of the health maintenance organization and approval of the Employer after consultation with the Joint Labor/Management Committee on Health Plans. However, actuarial reductions in the level of HMO coverages effective during the term of this Agreement, including increases in copayments, require approval of the Joint Labor/Management Committee on Health Plans. Coverage offered through the State Dental Plan is determined by Section 7A2.
