The 'Full Time Students' clause defines the criteria and requirements for individuals to be considered full-time students under the agreement. Full Time Students. It is proposed to charge all students on full time degree and Higher National Diploma programmes a fee of £2,800, an increase of £50 on the amount charged in 2008-9.
Full Time Students. For Home and EU undergraduate students admitted in 2017-18, and continuing students that were admitted in 2012-13 to 2016-17 inclusive, we propose to charge a fee of £9,250. The estimated number of students who will be paying the fee of £9,250 is expected to be 8,409 in 2017-18, subject to a number of varying factors.

Full Time Students. The Affordable Unit shall not be occupied by or leased to any household comprised exclusively of persons who are full-time students, unless such persons are married and eligible to file a joint federal income tax return and both of such persons reside in the Affordable Unit. The term “full-time student” shall be defined as any person who will be or has been a full-time student during five calendar months of the calendar year in question at an educational institution (other than a correspondence school) with regular faculty and students.

All full-time registered undergraduate and graduate students whose status has been determined to be full time by each university will be automatically enrolled in the mandatory Accident Insurance Plan, which shall include the Travel Assistance Program. Fees for full time students will be billed directly to the Universities.
Full Time Students. A consumer/student who wishes to transfer his/her enrolment (or the enrolment of the student, where the consumer is not also the student) from one Vistech campus to another, should do so at least 2 (two) weeks prior to the commencement thereof. Any transfer may only occur with the written permission of Vistech. Where the fees between campuses differ, the transfer shall be subject to a new credit application and the transfer. The higher fee will be payable to Vistech and Vistech will issue a new invoice that shall replace the original invoice. This policy is subject to there being space available at the time of the application to accommodate the student/consumer and subject to Vistech normal approval procedures. In all such cases, the fee payable will be of that of the programme carrying the higher fee, even if that happens to be the programme, from which he/she is transferring. In addition to the higher tuition fee, the consumer/student will be charged the value of the notes/books for the programme from which he/she or the student as the case may be is transferring, as well as those required for the programme to which he/she or the student is transferring. In the case of a consumer or student transferring from any full-time computer programme to another, the consumer will additionally be charged a default administration fee in respect of comp uter and software costs.
Full Time Students. At any given time the unit shall not be occupied in its entirety by full time students. It is the tenant’s responsibility to report any changes in student status to the landlord immediately.

For Home and EU undergraduate students admitted in 2018-19, we propose to charge a fee equivalent to the maximum fee cap permitted by Government for full-time students; this cap is currently £9,250. The estimated number of students who will be charged this fee in 2018-19 is 7,097. For students commencing their studies at the University of Essex in the 2018-19 academic year, fees will increase for each academic year of study. For full-time undergraduate students with a Home fee status (which includes EU students) any fee increases during the programme of study will be limited to the annual increase in the RPI-X index. Increases in fees for full-time undergraduate students with a Home fee status remain subject to UK Government approval.
