Covered Functions Clause Samples

The "Covered Functions" clause defines the specific activities, services, or operations that are subject to the terms of the agreement. It typically lists or describes the functions that the parties agree will be governed by the contract, such as data processing, support services, or particular business operations. By clearly identifying which functions are included, this clause ensures that both parties understand the scope of their obligations and helps prevent disputes over what is or is not covered by the agreement.
