Common use of Covered Service Clause in Contracts

Covered Service. In accordance with Article Eleven of ServiceMaster's --------------- Certificate of Incorporation (the "Charter"), the services provided and to be provided by Executive under this Agreement shall be deemed to be a "Covered Service" within the meaning of subsection 11.1.1 of the Charter.
