Common use of CPM Schedule Clause in Contracts

CPM Schedule. Prior to commencement of construction, the Contractor shall submit an up- to-date CPM Schedule for the performance of construction services as specified. The CPM Schedule shall include reasonable periods of time for the Owner’s and A-E’s review and approval of shop drawing submissions and for the approval of other authorities having jurisdiction over the Project. The Contractor shall monitor the progress of the Project in relation to the CPM Schedule and provide the Owner with at least monthly updates and status reports as required by the Contract Documents. The time periods established in the CPM Schedule and the overall duration of the Project and shall not be changed without the written consent from the Owner. Modifications to the CPM Schedule logic, coding, layouts and filters, detail, and activity durations shall be in accordance with any scheduling requirements set forth in the Contract Documents or as otherwise approved by the Owner.
