CPM Schedule. Within ninety (90) days of the award of this Agreement, Construction Manager shall submit a detailed Project Schedule in CPM format, which includes the Milestones set forth in Section 6.4, and which will indicate a start date for the Work approved by Owner. The Project Schedule shall be subject to review and approval by Owner. Upon approval, the Project Schedule shall be attached hereto as Exhibit C, and shall serve as the baseline schedule for the remainder of the Project.
