Credit Application. 33.1 If, at any time, the Supplier believes the Buyer’s circumstances have changed or may change which does or may cause the Buyer to be unable to meet its payment obligations to the Supplier, the Supplier may: a. Request a new Credit Application; or b. Cancel the Buyer’s credit upon providing 14 days written notice to the Buyer
