Credit Card Limit. The definition of “Credit Card Limit” set forth in Section 12.1 of the Business Financing Agreement is deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefor:
Credit Card Limit. Union Bank of India at its sole discretion will determine the Cardholder’s credit limit and cash withdrawal limit. (Add-on Cardholders share the same limit). The Credit Limit and Cash Withdrawal Limit are communicated at the time of delivery of the Card and are also indicated in the monthly statements. Available credit limit is calculated by deducting the utilized limit from the Total Credit Limit. In case the Cardholder has availed any loan within the credit limit on the card, the outstanding loan amount will also be deducted from the Total Credit Limit to arrive at the Available Credit limit. Cash limit will be a sub-set of credit limit or as may be specified by Union Bank of India from time to time. The welcome letter enclosing the Credit Card will show the initial Credit and Cash Withdrawal Limit applicable to Cardholder’s Card Account. The Credit and Cash Withdrawal Limit applicable on Cardholder’s Card Account is inclusive of all the Add-on cards. On Card Cancellation Limits on the Card Account gets cancelled. Use of the Card at Merchant Establishment/ Member Bank will be limited by the limits assigned to each Card Account by the Bank. If Credit Card’s total outstanding exceeds the Credit Limit, Cardholder must make immediate payment of any excess amount above the Credit Limit. A Charges as applicable from time to time will be levied to Cardholder’s Card Account if he/ she exceeds his/her Credit Limit. Depending on the nature of the purchase and profile of Cardholder, the Cardholder will be permitted purchases up to the ‘Available Credit Limit’ or up to the ‘Available Cash Limit’ as Union Bank of India may determine in its absolute discretion. The Cardholder shall not be entitled to claim any interest on credit balances on Credit Card Account. Union Bank of India will review Limits on the Card Account periodically and will reserve the right to decrease or unconditionally cancel the limits with notice to the Cardholder. In such an instance, Bank will immediately inform Cardholder about the limit reduction by SMS/ email/ letter. Any request to increase the Credit Limit by Cardholder post the approval of the application will be reviewed by the Bank only after the Bank receives a request from the Cardholder and relevant documents that may be asked for. The Bank, basis an internal review, reserves the right to accept or decline the request without providing any reason whatsoever. Credit Card Limit. The Principal Cardholder will be advised of the Card limit established in writing. Should the Principal Cardholder exceed the credit card limit, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ National will charge the Principal Cardholder a fee for the excess on the day the card limit was exceeded and on each statement until the excess is repaid. Cayman National has the right to refuse any transaction in excess of the established limit and may require the excess to be paid immediately. Cayman National has the right to change the credit card limit. Any change in limit will be advised in accordance with the Disclosure Statement.
Credit Card Limit. 6.1. The Cardholder acknowledges and agrees that the Credit Card Limit granted by Shinhan is subject to Shinhan’s assessment of credit worthiness of the Cardholder and Shinhan reserves the right to change such Credit Card Limit with or without Cardholder's request or prior consent. 6.2. Shinhan may arbitrarily approve a Sales Transactions or Cash Advance Transaction that exceeds the Credit Card Limit. In such case, the Cardholder is deemed to accept such Transaction. 6.3. Shinhan has the right to lower the Credit Card Limit, based on the number of delinquency times, delinquency days of the Cardholder at Shinhan or the Cardholder’s worsening credit situation. In each case, Shinhan may notify the Cardholder about this in the way that Shinhan considers to be reasonable. 6.4. The Cardholder may request Shinhan to increase the Credit Card Limit. Based on Shinhan’s risk analysis, Shinhan has right (but does not have obligation) to accept the Cardholder’s request.

  • Credit Card Payments If You pay for the APEX Service using a credit card (to the extent available), then: (a) You authorize Dell to periodically charge Your credit card for the APEX Service fees; (b) You will be subject to any additional terms presented to You by the third-party credit card payment processor (which will be the merchant of record for that transaction); and (c) You are responsible for keeping Your credit card information up to date. You agree that Dell may request that Your credit card payment issuer pre-authorize and hold an amount equal to the next recurring fee (or an estimate if the fee is variable) for the APEX Service in advance of its due date.

  • Deposit Accounts; Credit Card Arrangements (a) Annexed hereto as Schedule 5.21(a) is a list of all DDAs maintained by the Loan Parties as of the Closing Date, which Schedule includes, with respect to each DDA (i) the name and address of the depository; (ii) the account number(s) maintained with such depository; (iii) a contact person at such depository, and (iv) the identification of each Blocked Account Bank.   • Credit Card Agreements Each Borrower and Guarantor shall (a) observe and perform all material terms, covenants, conditions and provisions of the Credit Card Agreements to be observed and performed by it at the times set forth therein; (b) not do, permit, suffer or refrain from doing anything, as a result of which there could be a default under or breach of any of the terms of any of the Credit Card Agreements and at all times maintain in full force and effect the Credit Card Agreements and not terminate, cancel, surrender, modify, amend, waive or release any of the Credit Card Agreements, or consent to or permit to occur any of the foregoing; except, that, any Borrower or Guarantor may terminate or cancel any of the Credit Card Agreements in the ordinary course of the business of such Borrower or Guarantor; provided, that, such Borrower or Guarantor shall give Agent not less than ten (10) Business Days prior written notice of its intention to so terminate or cancel any of the Credit Card Agreements; (c) not enter into any new Credit Card Agreements with any new Credit Card Issuer unless Agent shall have received not less than ten (10) Business Days prior written notice of the intention of such Borrower or Guarantor to enter into such agreement (together with such other information with respect thereto as Agent may request) and such Borrower or Guarantor delivers, or causes to be delivered to Agent, a Credit Card Acknowledgment in favor of Agent; (d) give Agent immediate written notice of any Credit Card Agreement entered into by such Borrower or Guarantor after the date hereof, together with a true, correct and complete copy thereof and such other information with respect thereto as Agent may reasonably request; (e) furnish to Agent, promptly upon the request of Agent, such information and evidence as Agent may require from time to time concerning the observance, performance and compliance by such Borrower or Guarantor or the other party or parties thereto with the terms, covenants or provisions of the Credit Card Agreements; and (f) not modify any instructions given by Agent to any Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor provided for in any Credit Card Acknowledgement or otherwise direct the remittance of payments under any Credit Card Agreement to any account other than the Blocked Account.
