Common use of Credit Card Processing Clause in Contracts

Credit Card Processing. The Distributor agrees to accept credit card payments from customers for Product purchased from the Distributor. The Distributor will pass through, on a direct cost basis [***], all processing charges incurred by the Distributor from credit card sales to the Company on a monthly basis. These fees will be invoiced by the Distributor and paid by the Company in the same manner as other fees for Services under this Agreement. The Distributor will accept payments utilizing American Express, Visa Card, Master Card, and any other credit cards that the Distributor deems acceptable.
