Common use of CREDIT UNION DEDUCTION Clause in Contracts

CREDIT UNION DEDUCTION. (CU) — A member of the United Association Credit Union, who voluntarily signs an application for a CU deduction will have a designated amount deducted from his/her paycheck and sent for deposit to the UA Local 342 Credit Union. Designations shall be in flat dollar per hour amounts of either one dollar ($1.00), two dollars ($2.00), three dollars ($3.00), four dollars ($4.00) or five dollars ($5.00) and may change at any time by notice to the Individual Employer by issuance of a dispatch from the Union. All deductions shall be at appropriate rates (straight time, time and one-half or double time) for all hours worked.
