Criminal Background Checks for Students. A. If the Facility requires evidence of criminal background checks for students engaged in training at the Facility, the Facility agrees that it will either permit University students to participate in training pursuant to this Clinical Affiliation Agreement based on the University’s statement that a criminal background check with outcome deemed acceptable by the University was completed either at the time of admission or prior to the student’s enrollment in clinical coursework, or conduct its own criminal background check on each student at the Facility’s sole expense. B. Criminal Background Checks for Students. A. The University’s Students are required to comply with the University’s “Criminal Background Check” policy. B. If the Facility requires evidence of criminal background checks for Students engaged in training at the Facility, the Facility agrees that it will either permit University Students to participate in training pursuant to this Agreement based on the University’s Policy regarding criminal background checks with an outcome deemed acceptable by the University at the time of the Student’s initial acceptance into the Program, or the Facility shall conduct its own criminal background check on the Student at the sole expense of the Facility and/or the Student.

  • Criminal Background Check It is the Responsibility of CHESAPEAKE CENTER, INC. to make certain that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who have contact with students receiving services are fingerprinted and have a background check in compliance with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, and Section 5-551 through 5-557. CHESAPEAKE CENTER, INC. may not hire, contract, or otherwise engage an individual to participate in this Cooperative Agreement who has been convicted of a crime involving child abuse or neglect; contributing to the delinquency of a minor; a crime of violence as set forth in Criminal Law Article §14-101, Annotated Code of Maryland; or has evidence of a criminal history which in the opinion of Chesapeake Center, Inc. makes the individual unfit to participate in this Cooperative Agreement.

  • Background Checks The State may require that the Contractor and Contractor Parties undergo criminal background checks as provided for in the State of Connecticut Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection Administration and Operations Manual or such other State document as governs procedures for background checks. The Contractor and Contractor Parties shall cooperate fully as necessary or reasonably requested with the State and its agents in connection with such background checks.

  • General Background (Brief description of the national, sector-specific or other relevant context in which the individual contractor will operate)

  • Supervision of Contractor Personnel The Contractor must supply all necessary and sufficient supervision over the work that is being performed and will be held solely responsible for the conduct and performance of his employees or agents involved in work under the Agreement.
