Criteria for Performance Assessment. 1. A teacher’s performance shall be assessed based on the Ohio Education Standards (or aligned standards) and rubrics for teaching and the criteria set forth in the evaluation instrument, Appendix F to this Agreement. 2. A teacher may provide evidence to the credentialed evaluator, including but not limited to student information affecting educational progress, student interest or learning style surveys, newsletters, classroom rules, lesson plans, portfolios, summative assessments, and student work samples at the post-observation conference. 3. The district will not use video/audio evidence submitted to the ODE by the Resident Educator as evidence to assess teaching performance.
