Critical Path Sample Clauses

The Critical Path clause defines the sequence of project tasks that directly determine the overall project completion time. It identifies which activities cannot be delayed without affecting the project's end date, often requiring close monitoring and prioritization of these tasks. By establishing the critical path, this clause helps manage scheduling risks and ensures that all parties focus resources on the most time-sensitive elements, ultimately supporting timely project delivery.

Critical Path. The critical path permits for various QF technologies are as follows:
Critical Path. 1.9.1. The term “critical path” as used in the Contract Documents shall mean the construction activity schedule that establishes the minimum overall Project duration.
Critical Path. Time extensions shall depend upon the extent to which the Work on the critical path of the Construction Progress Schedule is affected, if applicable. 7.8.3.1 A Change Order granting a time extension may provide that the Contract Times shall be extended for only those specific elements so interfered with, disrupted, hindered, or delayed and related remobilization and that remaining Milestone dates shall not be altered and may further provide for adjustment of Liquidated Damages.
Critical Path. The sequence of activities, events, and dependencies that determine the longest overall duration and the shortest time possible, to complete the Project. Any delay of an activity on the Critical Path directly impacts the planned Project completion date (i.e., there is no float on the Critical Path).
Critical Path. The project's tasks that will cause the project end date to be delayed if they are delayed. The word "critical" does not imply how important a task is; a task is critical solely because it must occur as scheduled for the project to finish on time.
Critical Path a. Unless otherwise specified in the Contract, the project Schedule shall include a Critical Path Method (CPM) diagram schedule showing the sequence of activities, the interdependence of each activity and identifies the Critical Path. b. The CPM diagram schedule shall be in Calendar Days and indicate duration, earliest and latest start and finish dates for all activities, and total Float Time for all activities except critical activities. The CPM diagram shall be presented in a time scaled graphical format for the Project as a whole.
Critical Path. Time extensions shall depend upon the extent to which the Work on the critical path of the Construction Progress Schedule is affected, if applicable. Version Control Document
Critical Path. A sequence of Work activities shown in the Baseline Schedule, which establish the total duration of time for the construction of the Work, and if such activities were delayed or extended, would change the construction duration established in the accepted Baseline Schedule.
Critical Path. The planned sequence of activities for a Project with a logical relationship for the elements of the Work for such Project that control the time of completion of the Work for such Project, as depicted on the Approved Construction Schedule for such Project. The Critical Path for a Project with respect to a specific Substantial Completion is the path with no Float or the least amount of Float.
Critical Path. An identification the key milestones in the due diligence and permitting process, including any milestones relating to obligations of the municipality (e.g., to rezone the property). In this stage, the municipality is agreeing to work with the developer to explore the idea of the projectto determine what challenges may exist and how to overcome them and what benefits the project may offer the community.
