Critical Systems Sample Clauses

The Critical Systems clause identifies and governs the treatment of systems or components that are essential to the operation, safety, or security of a business or project. It typically outlines specific requirements, protections, or standards that must be met for these systems, such as heightened maintenance protocols, stricter access controls, or mandatory backup procedures. By clearly defining what constitutes a critical system and setting out special obligations, this clause ensures that vital infrastructure receives appropriate attention and safeguards, thereby minimizing the risk of catastrophic failure or significant operational disruption.
