Common use of Cumulative Impacts Clause in Contracts

Cumulative Impacts. A.1.13.1 CONTRACTOR shall evaluate the impacts of cumulative development on the resource issues evaluated in the EIR while working closely with County staff, and coordinate with other agencies as appropriate, to identify reasonably foreseeable related development based on existing land use plans and/or a list of cumulative projects (proposed, approved, and under construction).
