Common use of CUPE Representative Clause in Contracts

CUPE Representative. The Union shall have the right to have the assistance of a representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees from Step No. 2 of the Grievance Procedure and at other negotiations with the Employer. Such representative shall have access to the premises of the Employer in order to examine conditions or interview employees, providing that such examination or interview does not unreasonably disturb the operations of the Employer.
