Common use of Currency Equivalent Generally Clause in Contracts

Currency Equivalent Generally. For the purposes of making valuations or computations under this Agreement (but not for the purposes of the preparation of any financial statements delivered pursuant hereto), and in particular, without limitation, for purposes of valuations or computations under Sections 5.9(g), 5.15, 5.17 and 6.1(j), unless expressly provided otherwise, where a reference is made to a U.S. Dollar amount, in order to determine the amount of Canadian Dollars to be considered as the amount in U.S. Dollars, such amount of Canadian Dollars shall be the U.S. Dollar Equivalent of such amount.
