Common use of Currency Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Currency Restrictions. Except as hereinafter provided in this Section 5.2, all royalties and other amounts shall be paid in Dollars. If, at any time, legal restrictions prevent the prompt remittance of part of or all royalties with respect to any country in the Territory where Licensed Products are sold, Eisai or its sublicensee shall have the right and option to make such payments by depositing the amount thereof in local currency to Bukwang’s accounts in a bank or depository in such country.
