Current Customers Sample Clauses

The "Current Customers" clause defines which clients or customers are considered existing at the time an agreement is made. Typically, this clause clarifies whether certain rights, restrictions, or obligations—such as non-solicitation or exclusivity—apply to customers that a party is already working with before entering into the contract. For example, it may specify that restrictions on contacting or servicing customers only apply to those listed as current customers as of the agreement date.
