Wiring Diagrams. 1.05.01 Contractor shall provide to Owner/Agent a set of reproducible wiring diagrams covering all changes, modifications, etc., which take place during the contract term. The diagrams are to be furnished to the Owner/Agent immediately following modifications at the sole expense of the Contractor. 1.05.02 Changes are to be edited on the original wiring diagrams and must be completed no later than sixty (60) days after the installation or additions to the equipment. Failure to perform such wiring diagram changes will result in the Contractor paying the Owner/Agent, at the Owner/Agents’ election, $50.00 per day for each day the limit is exceeded or the Owner/Agent, at its election may deduct the amount from any sum owed or to be owed to the Contractor.

Wiring Diagrams. Full size, ladder type, complete, “as built” wiring and single line diagrams showing the new and revised electrical connections, functions and sequence of operation of apparatus connected with the elevators, both in the machine room and in the hoistway, shall be furnished in duplicate for each elevator at the time of final inspection and acceptance. Coded diagrams are not acceptable.

The PABC may reproduce these “As Built” drawings and retains sole possession of these drawings in the event this Agreement is terminated.

Contractor shall maintain one (1) complete set of "as-built" field wiring and straight-line wiring diagrams in each machine room, showing all electrical circuits in hoistway as well as the machine room, showing also any changes or update of circuits. This set of diagrams shall be kept in clean and legible condition and shall be properly protected and stored in the elevator machine room-uniformly. These diagrams shall be the property of the Owner. B. The Contractor shall maintain a complete duplicate set of updated electrical wiring diagrams on file with Owner's management; these diagrams shall be the property of the Owner.

All changes in circuitry made by the PMSA or its Subcontractor shall be properly recorded to include the date of change and name of person making same. Wiring Diagrams. A. Wiring diagrams shall be kept neatly folded and stored, except where mounted on boards, and shall be copied and replaced by the Contractor if damaged or unreadable. B. For each elevator and escalator, Contractor shall maintain Property’s complete set of straight-line wiring diagrams, showing “As-Built” conditions and any changes or modifications to circuits resulting from control modifications, parts replacement, or equipment upgrades. This includes all manuals supplied by a third party controller manufacturer or as part of a non-proprietary specification requirement for a modernization or new installation. Purchaser may reproduce these original or modified as-built drawings, manuals, and shall retain sole possession of this set of drawings or books in the event that the Contract is terminated, or if Purchaser’s set of drawings or manuals cannot be located at that time.
Wiring Diagrams. Provide complete and detailed system operation and elevation diagrams specially developed for each opening requiring electrified hardware, except openings where only magnetic hold- opens or door position switches are specified. Provide these diagrams with hardware schedule submittal for approval. Provide detailed wiring diagrams with hardware delivery to jobsite.
