Common use of Current Products Clause in Contracts

Current Products. Prior to the Effective Date, the parties have developed Products for use in the Blood Screening Field, including Blood Screening Assays and Blood Screening Instruments. The Blood Screening Assays developed prior to the Effective Date are: the duplex Blood Screening Assay for HIV-1 and HCV; the Ultrio Assay Product, the Ultrio Plus Assay Product, and the WNV Assay Product. The Blood Screening Instruments developed prior to the Effective Date are: the ESAS Instrument, the ESAS2 Instrument, and the Tigris Instrument.
