Current Schedules Clause Samples

The 'Current Schedules' clause defines which schedules, appendices, or attachments are considered part of the agreement at the time it is executed. It typically lists or references the specific documents that are incorporated by reference, such as pricing schedules, service descriptions, or technical specifications. By clearly identifying the operative schedules, this clause ensures that both parties are aligned on the documents that govern their rights and obligations, thereby preventing disputes over which materials are binding.
