This Subprocessor list may be updated from time to time by Plivo in accordance with this Section IX (Subprocessors).
Current Subprocessors. Customer agrees that Genesys may use Subprocessors to provide the Services and meet other contractual obligations. An up-to-date list of Genesys Subprocessors is attached hereto as Attachment 2 (“Subprocessor List”). Customer consents to Genesys’ such use of Subprocessors. At least 30 days prior to engaging a new Subprocessor, Genesys will update the Subprocessor List and notify the Customer. Customer acknowledges that it is the Customer‘s responsibility to provide any necessary notice to Customers regarding changes in Genesys Subprocessors. Customer may object to a new Subprocessor, on its own behalf or on behalf of the Customer, by contacting ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. Note that such object may limit the availability of some features in the Genesys Services.
Current Subprocessors. You agree to the engagement of the Subprocessors listed at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/en-gb/legal/privacy#processorList under the header “End User Personal Data”, which contains a procedure for you to subscribe to notifications of changes to our use of Subprocessors. If you subscribe to such notifications, and taking into account Section 8.3 of this DPA, we will share details of any change in Subprocessors as soon as reasonably possible.
Current Subprocessors. Customer authorizes Genesys to disclose Personal Customer Data to Subprocessors, as detailed in Annex 2 (Subprocessors) to this DPA, subject to contractual requirements providing personal data protections materially equivalent to those that Genesys has under this DPA, to provide or support Services and meet other contractual and legal obligations.

  • Subprocessors Provider shall enter into written agreements with all Subprocessors performing functions for the Provider in order for the Provider to provide the Services pursuant to the Service Agreement, whereby the Subprocessors agree to protect Student Data in a manner no less stringent than the terms of this DPA.

  • Subprocessor For the purposes of this DPA, the term “Subprocessor” (sometimes referred to as the “Subcontractor”) means a party other than LEA or Provider, who Provider uses for data collection, analytics, storage, or other service to operate and/or improve its service, and who has access to Student Data.

  • Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract. a. The contractor shall notify all potential subcontractors and suppliers and lessors of their EEO obligations under this contract. b. The contractor will use good faith efforts to ensure subcontractor compliance with their EEO obligations.

  • PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:

  • Vendor’s Subcontractors TIPS recognizes that many vendors operate in the open market through the use of subcontractors. For that reason, TIPS permits Vendor to utilize subcontractors as authorized and permitted by the TIPS Member Customer. However, all purchase documents must include: (1) Vendor’s Name, as known to TIPS, and; (2) Vendor’s TIPS Contract Name and Number under which it is making the TIPS Sale. Vendor must report the sale pursuant to the terms herein and Vendor agrees that it is legally responsible for all reporting and fee payment as described herein for TIPS Sales even when subcontractors are utilized. The TIPS Administration Fee is assessed on the amount paid by the TIPS Member to Vendor. The Parties intend that Vendor shall be responsible and for actions of subcontractors during a TIPS Sale. Vendor agrees that it is voluntarily authorizing subcontractors and in doing so, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that it is doing so at its own risk and agrees to protect, indemnify, and hold TIPS harmless in accordance with Sections 14-17 above related to subcontractor TIPS Sales made pursuant to this Agreement or purporting to be made pursuant to this Agreement that may be asserted against Vendor whether rightfully brought or otherwise. The Parties further agree that it is no defense to Vendor’s breach of this Agreement that a subcontractor caused Vendor of breach this Agreement.
